Ingredients
3 egg whites at room temp.
1 and 1/2 cups caster sugar. (300g)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
1 tsp vinegar.
1 tsp corn flour.
4 tablespoons boiling water.

Preparation Time 20min
Cooking Time1 1/4 hours plus cooling time
Oven Temperature 100c
Method
When it comes too easy then this is one for you. Pavlova make a nice sweet dessert and can be made into an Eton Mess
Put all ingredients in a bowl and beat with electric mixer for 10 minutes. Pile onto an oiled plate and make a nest shape with the mix. Cook in a pre-heated oven 100c for 1 1/4 hours. After 1 ΒΌ hours turn off the heat and allow to cool in the oven with the oven door closed.
Decorate with cream and fresh fruit.
